Wipers don't work after new ignition install

The ignition in my 01 sl1 was replaced after not being used for 2 months. When it came out of the shop I drove it 2 weeks later and noticed the wipers only work on high and the spray to clean the windshield doesn't work either. I was told the ignition pins might not be set correctly when replaced. Could that be the problem?
