Hi,

building my Porsches ( http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=757687 ) I intended to use Fujimi BBS-wheels.

The box art was promising, the contents disapointing

I came arcoss a set of nice BBS wheels by a friend, I showed them in my Porsche WIP.

Fine resin inner wheel part, alu wheel and vinyl tire with nice pattern.

Several mates asked me via PM about these wheels.

Well, now they are available from www.scaleproduction.de, look here: http://www.automobilminiaturen.de/shop/xtcommerce/products_new.php .

They look very nice.So you get everything included, the inner resin part, the outer metal part and the tyre.Just had a look on the website you listed. They do look very nice.I wish they would produce some 20" Challenge style to fit the Ferrari 599GTB as well.

they're awsome wheels to bad that shipping those to states is alot more than the wheels are worth. i did the check out and then checked the money conversion. it be about $50.00 just to ship to cali. oh well i wont be getting any of those until i hit the lotto.

I so need those wheels!

Im building a replica of my R33 skyline and those are the wheels!!

Does anyone know if another hobby shop is selling them?

I live in Aussie and i dont think this fella posts here, even if he did 35 euros to post to the USA! i can only imagine what it would be to post them here

I'd love to have a couple of sets of those but the cost is prohibitive to me as far as shipping goes. :( They'd look great on a 599 Fiorano! :sunglasse

£13!!!!! to ship to the UK and £25 to the USA.I think the postage costs are a little on the high side.

Hi guys,

yes, postage is a bigger problem :eek7: !!!

As I know Scaleproduction just demands from the customer what DHL ( www.dhl.de ; see http://www.dhl.de/dhl?tab=1&skin=hi&check=yes&lang=de_DE&xmlFile=3001853 for a parcel to USA !!!!) demands from him.

But, I recently intended to get a 1:43 kit from USA and I got this answer:
"Shipping and handling to Germany for a total of $42.50 would be $25.00.
Please see the attached form for shipping and handling charges." :angryfire

Ordering from modelroundup kits for 100$ made postage of 53$ to send it to Germany :angryfire :angryfire :angryfire .

So in the last 2 cases I donīt know what the pay to their transport-services :dunno:

Why get all bent out of shape over postage costs to the US; wait a bit and Strada Sports will have them available in the US for normal shipping costs. Got the Cayman GT transkit recently, nice stuff...these new wheels (especially the Techart and RS4 wheels) look great.

I had a look at those LeMans when i met Micha and Mike at Frankfurt and i have to say they are even better in reality. :grinyes:

Hoping to get my set very soon.....

As for the shipping costs: Sometimes itīs more expensive to send something inside of Germany than ordering at HLJ. Donīt ask me why the prices are so high, but be insured, he wonīt berich himself with the postage he tells you.

(I am new here) maybe someone who is reputable on the forums to do a group buy and redistribute? Will that cut down the weighting of the super expensive postage price from Denmark?

Hi,

have a look at the hobby-shops, that offer parts from Scaleproduction http://www.scaleproduction.de/resellers.htm

I would ask there, when the parts are available in these shops.

Nice, I wish they hadn't those crazy shipping costs. (automobilminiaturen.de)

I live in Holland, that's near Germany and I have to pay a lot for shipping.

No they aren't.
