2002 impala low oil pressure light

Hi guys i need your help badly i have a 02 impala and the low oil light came on after a oil change.I check the oil and it was fine that was 2 months ago now the low oil pressure light is on and it is red.The low oil light was yellow.Im about to go to texas this monday and i dont want to chance it if the oil pump is about to go out any help will be greatly thanks.

Your next step would be to have someone put an oil pressure gauge on it to see what the oil pressure actually is.
