New CD Player Questions?

I am going to be installing a new Alpine HU in my 2004 Impala LS but how should i go about doing this? Will i be able to keep the controls for my tire sensors, the lock FUB things and such that you control in the factory cd player??? Any Answers?

You can reset the Tire Pressure Mon and Oil Change This way if you don't have the stock radio:
OIL:
Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine. Fully press and release the accelerator three times within five seconds.
Tire Pressure:
Turn the ignition to ON without starting the engine. Pull Headlight Knob To the first Position (Running lights) and back in 3 times.
I also know you'll lose your Chimes (They go through the radio), and you can get a thing to route them into the aftermarket radio.

The aftermarket also has a radio relocation wiring kit to retain all those functions. It basically allows you to stick the OEM radio in the trunk or another unused crevice in the vehicle so those extra functions can still be accessed.
