Sufficient Seafoaming process for 95 3.8L?

What do ya'll think is sufficient time running (or miles) with 1 quart of SeaFoam in the crankcase (in the engine oil) to DEFUNK the gummed up engine of a 95 Windstar 3.8L with 157k miles?
I want to make sure I get it good n cleaned cause I'm pretty sure its gunked up. I put in some engine stop leak (best brand I could find) and I did so against my will as I always advise not to use the stuff, but I was pressed for time and had to haual a load and needed to make sure I had no leaks during the trip. Since then the engine has seemed to struggle to stay running especially on start-up after being cold. After it warms up though it does ok although I have to rev it at first to get it out of its struggling phase. Though today as I was sitting in a drive-thru it just flat out killed on me twice with NO indication it was about to. It was very abrupt.
I'm going to pour SeaFoam in the intake in a separate cleaning too after I've drained the engine oil with the gunked seafoam in it.

After you do this change the plugs.

Aww man how come? I had them changed not too long ago. Within the last 10 or 15k? Are you saying that cause of the stall? or because of the Seafoaming event will gunk the plugs up?

I have found that when you clean up an engine sometimes it will foul the spark plugs.

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately I have no clue as to how I'd get to the rear bank. I guess I could check the front bank plugs after the seafoaming and see how they look to judge if I should replace them.
But is anyone gonna answer my question?

Well, since this thread didn't really help here is the official answer from SeaFoam headquarters that i received in email today:
<hr>Thank you for your questions about Sea Foam, and I will attempt to answer them as best as I can.
A Can of Sea Foam, ( Pint, not a quart), will treat up to 10 quarts of oil, and you probably need only 1/2 can per application. Using more will not allow it to work better, it will only waste the Sea Foam.
If the engine is a gunked up with sludge and crud as you think, I really do not think Sea Foam, ( Or any other engine flush) will work. You probably should pull the Upper and Lower Pans and actually clean the stuff out. It probably now is a full fledge mechanical problem, not just a varnish build up.
If you want to try it anyway, - Put 1/2 can into the motor oil crankcase, and then drive it normally from 25 to 200 miles. Then change the oil and filter. Put the balance 1/2 can into the fresh oil and "WATCH" it. Putting a cleaner into the oil probably will make the oil dirtier quicker than your normal oil change interval. SO - WHEN THE OIL IS DIRTY - CHANGE IT !
