Runs rough in the rain

O2' windstar with 60K, Started of just running a little rough while cold (engine lite has been on for a while)
But gets real bad whenit rains. Code said both banks are running leain. I just change plus, leads and fuel filter

Bad running in rain realy points to eather bad wires, or a bad coil. You said you changed the plugs and wires. Did it do this before this?

Had same problem with my 99 Windstar. Changed coil, problem resolved.
The coil had a small crack.
