pt turn key alarm will not allow start of car

i have checked a lot of items replaced computer had keys reprogramed and car still will not even turn over took to dealer who saidprevious pcu bad any help would be appreciated.

The car computer and the key are not matching. The car needs to be what they call "re-flashed", then the key matched to the re-flashed computer in your car. When I went to get a new key ($40), they used the program at the service counter. It did not work, so they took a portable unit out to my car and plugged it in under the dash board, then flashed the key from the handheld unit. The key worked and I was on my way.
