Over head information center 2000 Impala

I have a 2000 Impala LS . The read out on my over head information center out side temp is way off. How do fix it, does it invole replacing the sencor? If it does where is it?

how far off is it? make sure it's not on Celsius.

It is 20 deg off on the low side. It is not on celsius.
