Help Antitheft

I have a 2002 SC2 and the battery died on me last night. I tried to jump start it and it's accepting the charge but when I go to start it, it fires once then dies. I tested the battery, starter, and alternator. The enine acts like their is no fuel getting to it and the pump is good. I was told that it could be the antitheft because it blinks when I go to start the car. Any ideas? The GM chinese firedrill doesn't work to reset it.

Come on. No one has any ideas? I really don't want to have to have the computer reset.
