01 Impala auto lock not working

"I have an 01 Chevy Impala LS, I left the ignition on and drained the battery, after getting jumped the lock button does not work, the fob lock button does not work but it does make some noise in the car when pushed. What is really strange is the unlock buttons on both car and fob work. I replaced the batter and still have the same problem, also checked all fuses and they are all ok. Any help would be appreciated.
