i have a torque converter code for a curcit that is staying locked on my torque converter can anyone tell me how to fix it. I am also getting a hi pitch wine like a bad power steering pump the hole time car is running but dose not get louder when turning. just when i press the gas and cuts out at about 70 mph i its my timeing belt how do i replace it

Saturns do not have timing belts, they having metal timing chains.

See if that high pitched whining is caused by a bearing or the tensioner as they run on the serpentine belt. Remove the serpentine belt and run the car briefly. If the sound is not present, it points to one of the bearings on either the idler, power steering, alternator or the like. More than likely it is the tensioner. You will find a diagram of the belt route on a label posted on the frame in front of the radiator on your car. The belt R&R is very easy to accomplish as well as repair that "whining" sound.
