94-95 GM vehicle used a hybrid diagnostic system, so it will require a specific adaptor, but I'm sure someone has one available.

There are several methods. Search the web for "OBD-II Interface" and you should turn up a lot of hits for serial RS-232 and USB adapters you can build or purchase. Of course, what the PC does with the serial data string is up to you.
