97 Windstar Missing

I have a 97 Windstar that is running rough and missing. I replaced the plugs and wires and it is better but still not running right. I checked the resistance on the coil and it was 0.8 ohms.
This is within specs but could there still be a problem with the coil?
How would I check for a blown head gasket?

I suppose its possible its an intermittent coil. If your going to keep the vehicle you might want to change it out.
Have you ruled out a vacuum leak?
Use a compression gauge to check for a blown head gasket.

Hello
I'll keep an eye open for it! Where was it last seen? JK
To check for a blown headgasket one would have to do a conpression test. This would require pulling all of the plugs and using a conpression tester.
