From these JDM supercars, which one would you want to get and tune?

i am a Nissan man my self and i would say the 300zx tt, even though the skyline is a higher grade but hay, i would go for the z tt or maybe supra tt? it all depend's on what i am doingbecause if i was going to race the car and modd it out i would go for z tt or supra tt because they can hold more hp and whp than the skiline because there rwd and can accelerate fast higher rpm's, a skyline is 4wd so it is the bdest thing off of the line but at higher speed it will not pull faster just because it is 4wd, but if it was me i would get some thing odd that every one does not have and that it suit's my need for what i want it for!!

personally, I would rather a Z06 over any of those, but I chose Skyline.

Man as if that isn't a given. Did you guys notice the Nissans are taking the polls. Why wasn't the a hoda posted here...ha like i don't know the answer. NSX is nice but when compared to a GT-R hmmmm let me think.....ummm no GT-R all the way:D :D :D

i dont think the acura name is used there in japan. Just like the dont use infinti. i think not sure thou

Acura is a North America name.

Maybe next time we'll change the poll to cars we can actually get here in the US without costing us an Arm and a Leg.... although i heard there is an importer in california that have some skylines.... still, i think it'd cost an arm...

Id go with the Supra just because ive always loved the supra, and i mean come on ya can get some MAD whp!!

I also chose the supra, but i would still love the skyline just cause.

Anyways, yeah i saw a couple of R-33's i think on eBay - some guy in Orange County, CA has some.

I saw one end at 62,000$

For me, that would cost 2 arms and 2 legs and my right nut.

But it's still 'The Car"

I pearsonaly love a supra but in the mod department i will bow down to the Skyline.

i am the one rx7 vote.
no weight, lotsa power outta the triple rotor you can get jdm from the cosmo..
and there are other cars they have that are over there better than what we know...

nsx is a very close second thou.....

its amazing how everyone has overlooked the rx7. perfect power to weight, easy as shiet to make power in, handles like rails from the factory (!!!!!). cant really beat that. yeah i know that there are skylines, etc out there, but to buy a skyline you have to look at a price tag of about 45+k depending on the year... you will never pay that for an rx7 of the same vintage... money to mods to power is the ultimate comparison. bang for the buck, i want an rx7.

Nissan Skyline GTR 34 V-spec I think is the best car for streetracing .

I usually don't say who I voted for but I can type it in. Supra TT. Splendid car. I'll get it then drop it on some of my own MR COILOVER
coilover suspension. he he . After I saw the yellow skyline, I kinda wanted to change my vote, but then again money to mod ratio.

I would definately have to go with the GTR. Skylines rule all cars under $200,000. From $200,000 up, Ferraris rule.:licker:

I chose the RX-7 just because ive seen some sweet ass ones modded up pretty nice.

Skylines look cool and seem to have some pretty good numbers, but I have never seen one in real life, and im just guessing that there quite a bit more money than an rx-7, money to mod ratio that is.

skyline R34 after 180km/h it shifts automatically into rear wheel drive..!
...once speed drop down 180km/h, it turns to 4 wheel drive again.....!!!

It is a torque split system.. it works on wheel slip and G-Force.. not 180k.
Hicas works after 80k.

When you nail the GTR hard it delivers some torque to the front wheels to aid in traction.

You can however buy a HKS or similar system to control your torque split more.

I would choose the GTR for street racing and road going race car..

Ever heard of RH9?? 9 second road cars... they have to be 4wd because the hell you going to have slicks on the road with your 2WD..

i like the nissan 300 series more than the supra.. stock that car.. in any form (the latest.. before it died.. .but its back!!) was beautiful... 2+2, Ttopped.. convertible... gorgeous vehicle... supras look better modded... if it was lighter tho.. (the 300series)... itd be a way better choice...

I'd have to say the skyline, but after that I'd go with the NSX or Supra. I like 300 zx's, but I've seen everything from a skyline to a metro beat them. I know that is because of the mods and driver too....

For the money you spent on your 3500lbs trans am I could get a 95 eclipse gsx (awd) STICK SHIFT not pussy auto for 9 grand, put 1500$ which I'd save from 1 year of insurance into it and smoke you from right off the line to 50 miles down the road.

I'd have money left over to get another car... and yet another. Then I could laugh my ass off when I can't tell the difference between your car and the other thousand F-bodies in your neighborhood.
