02 ImPala Over Heating

My 2002 Chevy Impala overheats. My dad even put in a brand new radiator and it hasnt been going up to the 200 % lately. But when I drive it the engine starts to bubble and I can smell the engine hot. I already blew one head gasket. Does anyone have any suggestions, Comments, etc? If I sell it what would it even be worth? Thanks
