96 Sable AC Comp Clutch Hub

I'm getting this annoying noise under the hood, I checked the belts/pulleys with both the engine on and off, all are fine except for one thing...the AC Clutch hub. It is loose. I can fit a "large" piece of metal in between the pulley and the Clutch Hub itself. (By large I mean thicker then spec air gap). The Engine is a 3.0L Vulcan V6 OHV. The Compressor overall seems to be fine, No leaks, clutch itself appears to be pretty good! When the engine is running, it is that Clutch Hub that is the only thing moving erratically. Not much but enough to produce the noise.

So here's my questions:
How difficult is it to tighten the clutch Hub?
What are the procedures?
Would I be better off taking it to a shop, how much would I be looking to Spend?

Update: Took it to an AC Shop for AC Servicing. they didn't fix the clutch hub but recharged the AC Compressor with Refridgerant and Reefer oil. I Did however fix the problem of the noisy clutch hub with some JB Weld and a lot of patience! Since the fix I haven't used the AC yet, but with temps expected in the mid-upper 80s tomorrow, I may get my chance to test my fix. Will update as I find more out!
