1999 SW vibration from headlight

I just bought a 1999 SW. And the front headlamp assembly vibrates all the time. I've tried tighting it, but to no avail. Any suggestions other than replaceing the entire assembly would be greatly appreciated. The car only has 40K miles and is in excellent condition.

Make sure your upper motor mount isn't shot. A bad one will make the car vibrate like hell!

i know this was a issue of the 98s, don't know if this is the same problem exactly, but the cure in that case is wedging a small peice of weatherstriping in the headlight.
