Relay and fuse help

Of Course there is no book or any info for my 01 windstar what is the 29 Fuse's and 6 relay's use

I also have no insterments or radio/ fan or any power I checked and NO fuses are blown (No turn signals- Windows) Please help what is missing

The power windows are fused in two places. Initial power comes from fuse 106 in the battery junction box. That feeds power to the Accessory Delay Relay in the underdash fuse box. The Delay Relay feeds power to fuse 18 in the underdash box. Fuse 18 power the interior lights, sound system, and power windows. My diagram shows that fuse 29 is not used.

For my 2000 windstar, fuse #21 at the battery junction box (not the fuse panel under the dash) is for the "front electric module" which seems to control most of the items you mentioned. It's something to check maybe. :dunno:
