crank but no start

I have a 1995 Saturn SL-2 5spd with 149000 miles.
Today as I was pulling into a parking lot the car just stalled. I was able to restart it twice, but it stalled again immediately. I checked all fuses and relays. Everything seems good. I can hear the fuel pump running and the fuel pump relay clicking, most of the time, but still plenty of cranking and no starting.
I then unplugged the PCM-B fuse for a period of time to reset the PCM. I did this while the car was in the run position accidentally, but the car started right up on the next try. There are no codes in the system.
I assume the this is a temporary fix and the car will stall again.
Does anyone have an idea of what might be causing this problem?
I know that there is a ton of knowledge on this forum, so I thank you for all assistance.

Update:
I've got good fuel pressure (37-42 psi) and spark between the coil towers.
The car has been fine for the last few days. It still seems to have a minor miss. I am considering replacing the crank psotion sensor.
Any opinions on that?

Seems to be that you are on the right road. If you take a look at the current CPS before replacement, you may find that it is loose in its housing maybe with the bolt missing and on occasion causes the headache. The part is not costly and are known to be temperature/ mental before total failure.

Looks like the problem all along was an intermitent bad connection with the fuel injection 10amp fuse. Never had that problem before, but I'll take the easy fix.
