Manual Passenger side mirror replacement

I have a SL1 2001. The mirror got torn off side of car.
I was going to buy a replacement unit online. (very inexpensive)

Anyone have detailed info on how to replace total mirror unit.
Do I need anything else beside rplacement mirror assembly??

it should just be 3 10mm nuts under the little panel
