Code P0481

I have a 2003 Impala and my check engine light came on, I ran the scanner on it an it came up with a Code P0481 whitch said it was a cooling fan #2 circuit problem, I have no idea where to start, can anyone help?

Check the fuses, check the connector to the fan, basic 1st steps.
