99 Windstar LX Radiator ?

Going to change my anti-freeze in my '99 WS. Can anyone tell me "FOR SURE" if there is a drain valve for the radiator ?? The only way I see to drain it is by taking off the lower hose ...

Left side (driver) of the radiator at the bottom of the rad tank, the drain cock is there (engine side) And this is "For sure" :):):)

Thanks. It's weird, some WS years have them and some don't. Couldn't locate mine ... just have to look harder I guess.
