When I was putting mine on all the piping was perfect and lined perfectly up with the hangars until I got to the muffler. The muffler ended up sitting a little far back I guess just because everything in the system other than the muffler and cat were custom made where the muffler itself was universal. Regardless it still looks awesome its just that I did have to "tweek" it a lil bit to get it perfect.
My downpipe went from a 2.5 to 3' right at the neck which allows it to bolt right up. most downpipes will be the same

Unfortunately that system does not have the downpipe with it. That is a cat-back system which means exactly what the name implies. you will need a turboback or 02 back exhaust

depending on the condition of a lot of things its a fair price. I have seen them more and I have seen them for less. But its almost impossible to gauge until your arm deep with it.

Not much difference besides the cosmetic end of things (body, interior, etc) but it actually has a bit of a stronger engine in it. Still a 4g63, but its a 6 bolt so that's a big plus. Price seems about right if it runs and body is in decent condition, you might be able to talk him down to $1k or so though.

nope it dont run..needs fuel pump and filter...and now that im neck deep in it, it needs a fuel sending unit also..but the body is in almost perfect cond. one small ding on drivers rear and a scrach on the rear bumper....the interior is great..normal wear and tear on front seats...the guy had it for 8 years and only put 30k on it according to the title..well i did not expect this to be easy..where would all the "fun" be... i have some pics of the body im gonna put them on myspace (yes i have myspace) and how do u post them on here? well thats if anyone wants to see..

the problem is you don't know what else might be wrong with it.
If your planning on modding it put the walbro pump in right off the bat.

Host the pics at imageshack.us or photobucket.com or some place like that and then paste the url (hotlink for forums #1) right into the text box.

How do you know those parts are actually bad and you're not just putting new parts in place of good ones? I find it hard to believe that ALL of that stuff went wrong at the same time...I bet it's one small thing, like the cracked line, that could be causing alllllllll the problems.

yea the guy probably doesn't know exactly what went wrong so he just told you everything to do with fuel sysytem needed to be changed so that you would ultimately fix it

the guy had it toed to a shop and the guy told him it was either the fuel pump or the filter...i checked to see if i could hear the pump kick on and i did not hear it make a peep, i had the gas tank lid off and held open the little metal tab in the neck of the tank so i could hear if it made any noise. and the sending unit i messed up when i took it out...it was all and i mean all rusty and the tube that comes out of it cracked....the car sat for 8 almost 9 months , like u guys said it gonna be somthing simple..ill get my sending unit back monday and ill have it all back together that afternoon..and hopefully ill be telling u guys about sweet the car rides..
i also pulled off the t belt cover and the belt looks good, no cracks or nothing, but im still gonna swap it out just to make sure,,and i try to check the timming marks on the cam shafts, they looked like they were going to like up, and is the info on the t belt u guys gave me for a 98 talon the same for a 90? i tryed to look it up on the 1000 questions already asked site and i cant find it for the life of me.. i tryed "how to change a 1990 timing belt", "timing belt change", "timing belt"..i dont know what else to try lol...any help?

I know this is getting old, but yes, the t-belt change should be almost identical.
