Shit Bubbles. Yes I eat them. They're good if prepared right, and if you eat them in a restaraunt, they have no CLUE what they're doing. Having 12 mushroom growers as clients, I know EXACTLY what they're grown in, and can assure you they're probably the cleanest damned thing you can eat, if any part of the process is contaminated the entire double (mushroom house) is worthless... it dies off and they have to sterilize the entire double. So if you;re eating a mushroom, that you bought in a grocery store not picked out of your back yard, you can pretty much bet that it's nothing but pure fungus (after all that's what a mushroom is).
