This sounds stupid but I just realized after a year of having the car that I didn't see the LOW OIL pressure warning light ever, even after changing oil and run it right after!!!
Where it is? How can I find out what is the issue?

I have a feeling the low oil PRESSURE will be indicated in the "CHECK" engine indicator (posssibly with a code) -- the "low oil LEVEL" indication appears on the status display LCD -- the pressure may indicate there too -- unlike the old school indicator that will illuminate (@ key ON) until the running engine turns it off with pressure, you may never see a low pressure indication unless the computer senses it has been low for a period of time after engine start.

I have yet to see a chev with the check engine light indicating a low oil issue. You could have anything from a burned out light, to a faulty IPC or bad sender.

But where is it located, on the LCD or on the dash?

It's located in the dash in the Message Center located in the tach on 3.8 (except Canada) and temp gage on 3400 (US & Canada)...where your battery light comes on. You will only see it if you are low on oil, engine running...not at oil change "engine off" Also indicator for oil change interval is there. It will say LOW OIL PRESSURE if it is low pressure in US and an oil can symbol (Canada) LOW OIL LEVEL (US) oil can symbol w/zigzag underline (Canada)
