my 96 saturn wont start

hi, i have a 1996 saturn 1.9 2 dr. coupe. i went out to start it and i get nothing.it doesnt turn over at all. i hear the fuel pump turn on, i have lights, and radio.i've checked ingition fuses under hood and under dash. i changed the starter about a year ago. i've tried to jump, but got nothing. it doesnt turn over, or click absolutly nothing.

Is it an automatic or standard transmission?
If automatic, make sure you are in Park... jiggle the shifting lever.
If a manual, it may be you clutch safety switch.
Also check for clean and tight battery cables. Don't assume by just looking at them. Use a 8mm socket at the terminals. Take off both, look, clean and reapply. Do not overtighten.

thanks for the advice yaz4real. i figured it out it was my starter. sent power straght to it and nothing. one hour $120.00 later problem solved
