1999 door adjustment

I have a 1999, the passenger side sliding door is saging in the front so much that the pins are not making contact. They are hitting on the plastic that surround each contact.

Can any one tell me how to adjust front of the door up so the contact match up? The door shuts ok but even the latch is low.
