'92 Saturn SC auto shoulder strap dead

The auto shoulder straps on my '92 Saturn SC "died". All the fuses are ok. Where do I look next to get them working again.

P.S. Sun roof dead too; fuse ok.

You could convert to full manual belts from a 95. Would probably be cheaper than repairing your motorized belts.
