Speedometer cable in 1994 Sable

How do you remove the speedometer cable that is right in front of the fire wall in the engine compartment. Tried everything cant get the clip undone i have twisted it tried to un screw it.

Any help would be great.

I'm not 100% sure but I think you need a special tool from ford to do that. Kinda like the fuel lines, tranny sensor, cam sensor, etc.
