2002 headlamp relay

Does anyone know where the headlamp relay is? The diagram on the left I/P junction box shows it to be below the fuses,but the only thing there is a wire connector(or plug). I see a relay on the inside(under dash side) of the left I/P jct. box. I'm looking because my lowbeams stopped working. The fuse and both lamps are good. I have the DRLs and highbeam only.
