2001 windstar front bumper removal

Hello everyone

My wife rear-ended someone with our 2001 windstar..I need to replace the front bumper, the absorber and the bumper reinforcement bar..

Any ideas or walkthroughs to get the bumper off and replaced..Also any tips on where to buy this stuff and is this considered a DIY project..I'm somewhat handy if that helps..I've installled a Tranny cooler and due all of my basic maintenance..Thats about it

Does anyone know what kind of precautions I need to take when taking off the bumper regarding the airbag sensors in the front??remove fuse?unhook battery??
