Hi, I have an engine light on in my windstar :screwy: It's not the check engine light. It look like the motor. I put in some injector cleaner but it's still on :shakehead. I was also going to get the parts needed for a tune up on it :grinyes: Could someone tell me what parts i need please? (I already had the oil changed.)

Hi, on the 2000 I think that is the check engine light. Looks like a line drawing of an engine? Autozone or similar store will read the codes free. Let us know what you find.

Hi, actually i just got the check engine light itself out, i had to have the o2 sensors changed. That light just says check engine. This light does look like an outline of the engine. I am headed over to Autozone now to have them do the codes.

The light that looks like an engine is the check engine light. Check pages 4-5 in your owner's manual to see what the light is. You said you get a light that has the words "check engine", you sure you have a 2000?

The "Check Engine" light means there are error codes in the engine controller. Please get the codes read (as noted, Autozone will do it) and post the codes here.
Sadly, your O2 sensors probably are *NOT* bad. A common misdiagnosis.
Far more likely: intake air leaks caused by isolator bolts. Please spend some time reading this:
