Guidelines for Posting (Please Read)

Welcome to the new “Buick Tips and Maintenance” sub-forum! If you have any helpful tips, maintenance guides or R&R procedures, please post them here. Once the tips and procedures are posted here, we believe this section will provide valuable information to all members.
If need be, pictures can be attached to help clarify your thread. Please try to keep the picture size to a maximum dimension of, “800X600”-pixel resolution. If you must use larger illustrations, use a “clickable thumbnail” or a link to the pic. Example of a pic link HERE (http://img403.imageshack.us/my.php?image=typicalwheellugnutsequehe8.jpg). Please be sure to post important information such as the year, model and engine size.
Off-Site Links to other automotive forums are permitted, as long as the link will direct you to a tech procedure. Any link to another automotive forum, that takes a member to a registration page and/or main web page without a pointer to a tech procedure or relevant thread, will be deleted. Attachments are not allowed!.
Please do not duplicate another thread of the same topic. The threads are open for any additional comments, corrections and supplemental information. Once there is sufficient participation and posts, we will provide an index and matrix based on certain categories such as General Maintenance, Performance, Non-Performance, Engine, Chassis, Suspension, etc.
