04 base HELP

i recientally purchased a base model impala with a 3.4 v6 and i had some questions... 1. my front passenger wheel chirps when my system (2 12's ) hits... how do i fix this? 2. my headlights dim when i roll up my windows, with the system on or off, i still have some dimming? what do i do? 3. how do i get rid of the rev limmiter (cheaply) and still maintain reletavely decent gas mileage. 4. i need HP. i hada a sporty car that was totalled and now i have what seems to be a grandmother car... what are some cost effective, easy to install power adders? 5. how do i loose traction control??? thanks for any help... alex
