Disconnect the hose to the brake booster and see if it dies. If it doesn't die with the hose disconnected, replace your brake booster.

Well if you just disconnect it then the engine will likely die anyway..You have to plug the hose with something, like your finger :P

disconnecting that hose will send the engine into high-idle mode. I doubt that advice will help

do you hear a vacuum noise when you push on the brake pedal?
If you do, you need to replace the brake booster. (If it's a pronounced noise)

the code comes from the computer. Look under the dashboard on the passenger side. peel the carpet back from the floor right under the dashboard. You should be able to see a metal plate looking thing with a glass "eye" in the middle of it. When you turn the ignition switch to the on position the glass eye will blink a red light if the computer is working right. When the engine cuts out on you immediately turn the ignition off, peel the carpet back and look for the "eye". Turn the ignition on, then look for a single blink from the "eye"...if the computer has stored any codes more blinks will follow the initial single blink. if more blinks follow count them....the single blink starts the codes any more blinks will represent a code...eg. blink, blink =2....blink, blink, blink =3.....10 blinks =10...once you get the codes read the sticky on the main page that says "if you are new, please read before posting it will tell you what problems the codes you have represent.

Disconnect and plug the hose to the brake booster and see if it dies. If it doesn't die with the hose disconnected and plugged, replace your brake booster.

would the brake booster be responsible for the break pedal sinking down alot before the car starts actually slowing down?? because i already replaced my master and it didn't really help much...

yes, the booster would be your next choice..my car has 289,000 kms on it....my booster has been slowly going the last 50k or so....aside from the tests mentioned here, your manual should give you some tests you can perform to or use this one:
