This thread is for you to explain the meaning of your username. Created by not-so-popular demand. So do it ya bastidz

Mine is fairly obvious. I drive a 2000 honda accord and I'm not very creative. the "44" is for 4 doors 4 cylinders

i was playing swat 2 and when you told your guys to put on gas masks one guy said "whew, who ate the bean burito" so i changed it to beef burito but the correct spelling was taken so i changed it to bourito.

I wasn't very creative when I came up with mine. At the time I owned 2 1997 Chevy Venture vans so... Anyways, I'm probably going to have to change it soon as the vans are for sale and I recently purchased a 2006 Chevy Uplander, and no I don't want to change it to "'06uplanderowner".

fredjacksonsan

3 parts:

High school, my buddy's dog's name was Fred.

At the time, there was the "Action Jackson" figurines that were competing with GI Joe (before the 1988 Action Jackson movie). Since Fred was very active, we added Jackson to his name.

In college, the miniseries "Shogun" aired, and we were walking around saying "Anjin-san" all the time. Then xxxxxx-san.

Put them all together: fredjacksonsan

So you could say I'm almost a hyperactive Japanese dog - respectfully.

Snowhand
11-06-2006, 01:51 PM
Wel, you asked for it:

My nickname comes from another passion of mine: AD&D.

A character I created, during one of his adventures, got sprayed with lye over his right hand.

While the damage could be healed, the pigment in his right hand was destroyed completely, leaving his hand white as snow.

That character quickly gained the nickname 'Snowhand' and I have used it eversince I entered the internet.

Heh....I first signed up on this site back in the day when I was building model cars.... I was using the same name over at another model site for a couple years before that so I just didn't feel like coming up with a new name for a new site.

Anyway, the name came from a character I portrayed in a HS play...my character was a really stupid evil cowboy henchman... I liked the silliness of the character and I just couldn't think of a better name....so I used it and have been using it online ever since. Corny, I know but it was like 6 or 7 years ago though.

xeroinfinity
11-07-2006, 10:42 AM
Mine is pretty simple too, from nothing to everything.

The reason its spelled with an "X" is back when I first got hooked up on the Net(back in 96'), I wanted my email to be zeroinfinity but it was supposedly taken, so I took the alternate route and used the "X". :p

In some cultures it could also be interpreted "From Nothing, Comes Something" :D

I can't believe people can't figure mine out. Its so simple:

Yo - a greeting
gs - a trim line on cars that I will never own
V - a symbol for victory
R - a sound often made by pirates
4 - the number of cars I owned at the time I entered my user name

MonsterBengt

I stole mine from a friend who used it on CS. Bengt is a swedish name wich you often refer to as an old man. And there was a fad on about adding words to old people names and use them on CS.
