96 No Tail Lights

Brake lights, blinkers, backup lights but no tail lights, replaced fuse under dash(10A was still good) still can't get them to work, I was pulling a brothers trailer with frayed wires. After reading this forum for the first time I think you guys are driving my van when I'm not home. Any one have the same problem one time or another? thanks

I took it to the local dealer $254, it was 2 breakers and one relay both under the hood and dash board. $32 for parts, rest was labor
