99 tail light issue

Hello all,

I'm still fighting with a RH tail light that will not illuminate. Brake lamp is fine. Bulb and socket have been changed.

Haynes manual has a wiring diagram that's not even close to what is in the vehicle.

I'd check grounds, but since everything is plastic there is nothing to check.

The voltages at the contacts check out the same as the LH socket.

Anybody run across this before?

Well, after a couple of hours chasing down wiring I have determined the problem is in the REM. However, I do now have taillights on both sides since I jumpered across from the LH minor to the RH minor in the connector at the REM.

Anybody know how much a REM costs?
