2002 Chevrolet Impala Quad Tail Light Question

I want to do a Quad Tail Light Converstion of my impala, but i need the best instructions that i could possibly find, i looked at a few sites but nothing. I went to Naioa but i can't find the link to where it brings u to just the instructions of how to do it and the materials list and what not.. So if anyone knows exactly where i can get all that information from so i can get this project done correctly the first time , please let me know..
