Does anyone know how to replace a EGR Valve or how hard it is to replace it? Also, I need to replace my headlamp/dimmer switch as well. I have the parts, but want to find a inexpensive way to change them out.

Has anyone has problems with water leaking on to their passenger floorboard?

Water leaking onto the passenger floorboard is most likely caused by the area around your cabin airfilter being clogged with leaves and other debris... Water can't drain out the drain path so it finds it's way down the chute where the cabin air filter is located...To get to this area do the following:

Park your wipers in a vertical position on the windshield.

Remove the two fasteners holding the black trim piece located below the wiper arms (it's in two halves, you only need to remove the half on the passenger side).

Remove, or pivot away, the black trim piece.

Clean out this whole area, replace the cabin filter, and button it up!

The "passenger cowl" is the black trim piece Gems posted to you above. Before there were cabin air filters this was a one piece windshield cowl. Name probably developed when this became a two piece to gain access to the cabin air filter.
On the dimmer switch, I don't think I would try this myself due to the air bag issues involved in doing so.

By the dimmer switch, are you talking about the pivot assembly that the turn signal lever mounts into, or the switch itself mounted down the steering column. If it's the pivot, it's a PITA job that requires a couple of specialized tools. If it's the actual switch, other than removing the hush panel under the dash and standing on your head, it's a simple locate, un-plug, unbolt, re-bolt, re-plug proceedure. The new dimmer switch may need to be adjusted once installed, which could require an assistant to operate the lever as you adjust it to get it right. The mount holes are slotted, and you move the dimmer up and down until it clicks as the lever is moved.
