For the back you can use washers, the front most of the kits are offset bushings for the upper control arms. I dont think anyone makes adjustable control arms fro the fourth gens, skunk2 makes them for the 5thgens, but they wont fit.

Hey guy, I'm going through the same problem, gotta 91 Civic Si. Whatever you do, don't get the camber kit for the upper control arm mounting brakets on the front. I have stock springs that are saggy just a bit, and bought those for a quick fix. However, they only push the arm too far forward, and end up bottoming out on the ridge between where the fender and inner fender well meet. My brackets are only adjusted half the way out, and don't see how they would work at all if the car was actually lowered. Adjustable ball joints seem to be the only way to go on the 4th gen. As far as the rear, (like someone mentioned earlier), washers and longer bolts will work fine. Although, if you want to just purchase a kit, Ingalls makes both kits(#35590 is the ball joint kit, #38930 is the bolt and washer kit). I've looked around an suprisingly Summit Racing is the cheapest for both kits( even cheaper than Ebay), I paid $161.23 for both shipped. Just type in the model numbers in there search bar to bring them up. (www.ingallseng.com) is the website of the company if you want to check them out.

ok as far as my 2 cents the adjsutable camber thigns for the front are worthless they raped my tires big time when i had them on. i switched back to stock thigns and my tires as so much better off.

Mine are adjusted all the way with almost no problem, it did bump a little bit.. so I took a grinder to it and voila!, my tires were getting eaten alive before...
