99 windstar, 02 sensor and downstream monitors are bad? any input, this message was from the dealer diagnostic test.

99 windstar, 02 sensor and downstream monitors are bad? any input, this message was from the dealer diagnostic test.
Did their diagnostic test include a code read AND troubleshooting or simply an error code dump?
Did they tell you the raw code numbers? if not go back and ask them.
O2 sensors are often incorrectly blamed for codes that they are simply recording the effects of a problem elsewhere in the system.
