Another update for everyone.
Jake V(eclipserst former AF mod wannabe) and I had court June 5th. I just got the judgement today and it is in my favor for a grand total of just under $10,500.00

I hope this teaches him a lesson but I highly doubt it:shakehead . Be careful who you have dealings with.
I used to have more faith in DSM'rs as a kind of brotherhood like I have with my "brothers" when I was in the Army. It would be nice to see Mods that are knowledgeable AND honest but I guess this is only a website/helpsite.

Crunchymilk..... It was thru conciliation court for two separate amounts both being under $7000.... first was for the car($6,620) and the second was for engine rebuild and parts($3,967). Grand total of $10,587 which includes court costs which he also incurred upon his own head:shakehead

I work hard, have an honest life, damn good father, and I also served you all/USA in the army(I have said that I was in reserves but actually was fulltime infantry/recon/S&D but don't like to talk about my experiences...bad shit..remember the early 90's?).

I have made jake, what I believe a decent offer:grinyes: , an offer of taking the talon AND his white GS-T. But most likely he will be the same old little punk and try to delay the inevitable... then he will be forced to give his personal information on assets/accounts/work info and then garnishing of wages will begin.
That will end up being about 25% of his check(s) after taxes going to me for about 2 years+
If he still wants to try and play hardball I can and will press felony charges of fraud/embezzelment against him and that runs about 7 years in prison:owned:
If he thinks I can't do that... well with the judgement I have, it shows that he was hired/paid to do a service and didn't fullfill his end of the transaction=fraud.... over $7000=felony=prison :iceslolan
I don't see how someone can see scamming someone is worth this burden....
He seems to be one of those people that will mad and blame others for his own mistakes.:loser:

To make everything short, 96spyderman payed EclipseRST to buy and build him a nice dsm. Well he kept making exuses about why it wasnt done. 96spyderman gave him a dead line and EclipseRST (Jake) kept avoided everyone. Posts were also deleted and a whole bunch of bullshit also went on.

That is correct. They all thought it was bullshit that Jake was being blamed for everything happening and they were defending him. Why on earth would somebody defend a guy who rips off somebody else like that? I sat in the shadows of this forum watching and taking it all in. I never wanted to get involved or voice my opinion in fear of getting banned by a corrupted mod... Now we have some good people in control of our forum. :2cents:

Yeah, it is a definate shame. JoeWagon, EclipseRST, and LandoAWD were all very knowledgable, but I think we are getting by ok. We still have Kevin :D. I think there is more knowledge coming and I think some of the existing people are gaining knowledge as well. I dont think searching will do much good, I think it mostly all got deleted.

Just wanted to clarify...when I said I was glad you both got what you deserved, I meant you won your case and he gets the shaft from the judge.
