I was just wondering what repairs all of you had preformed yourself on you S car.
For me its

pull engine/tranny (reinstalled "new" engine)
replace clutch
replace all brake calipers, rotors, pads
all wheel bearings
ECT, MAP, IAT, coolant temp sender
right headlight assembly
front struts
radiator
a pillar interior trim repaired
tranny seals
multi function switch on column
trunk lock cylinder
head gasket

and thats all I can remember at the moment, keep in mind I bought the SC2 for $200.

For my first S, a 94 SL, I did brakes, belt tensioner, TAM, radiator, reseal oil pan and valve cover, alternator, CV boots and I converted it from manual to power steering.

For my current S, 92 SL2, TAM, ECTS, EGR Valve, clean throttle body, tune-up, test MAP and TPS, replace broken rear door skin, rear fender and rocker panel and remove interior carpet for thourough cleaning with a pressure washer.

Thats all I can think of, but if I had to pull the motor or replace the clutch it wouldn't be outside my ability.
