DIY Install?

Hello,
I have purchased a Clifford Remote Start and security system (Clifford Matrix RSX 3.5...2-way paging remote...etc.) for my 2004 Impala LS. I got some quotes on installation that make me want to install the system myself. I am wondering if anyone here has attempted an install such as this, and how it went. I am usually ok with doing install and repairs on my own, but this being an electrical install, it worries me a little. (With my luck...) How easy would this install be? What specifics would I need to be worried about?
