I know that everyone has had these problems before... I've looked throught all the posts and still not found the solution.

Senerio: Wife got in the van started it (after dark), turned on the headlights. things got FUNKY!!! :screwy:

(1) No dash lights at all, not even radio illumination.
(2) Passenger Door Power Window does not Function
(3) No Parking / Tail lights

Tested: All Fuses good under Dash AND Hood (Not blown or melted and WD-40 Treatment applied). I used a 12v. light tester at contact points on mini fuses, #3, #9 have no power to them at all. :banghead: #4, #10 activate when headlight switch turned on Fully. Headlights good, High beam, Low beam and Flash to Pass OK. Brake Lights OK.

Any Ideas on Solution?

Other Misc. problems:
Door locks have always been Sticky, and Rear A/C blows Hot. And have always had the dome light/ Door Ajar indicator Gremlin. But I have found posts here on those issues.

Thanks for ANY Advice!
Shawn~

Note to self....
=====================================

BE SURE TO CHECK THAT ALL THE MINI FUSES ARE IN THEIR PLACE!

As I started to test the blasted fuses and connectors again, I noticed that #11 was missing from the fuse block. :screwy:
Apparently, when my Wife drove the van to work she had bumped the kick pannel/ fuse block, knocking the #11 fuse out and under the edge of the floor mat,(Must have loose from my prior tamperings). :banghead:

=====================================
To Whom it May Concern, in the past, present and future... Fuse #11 Controlls fuse #3 and #9 which is your Parking / Taillights, Gage/ Radio pannel lights. Without that fuse, these lights WILL NOT WORK! :banghead:
=====================================

I also cured the Dome light, Door Ajar Indicator Gremlin... A wire brush and degreaser on the four lil' contact points in the sliding door and door jamb too care of that. :rofl:

=====================================

Next case:
Rear A/C blowing Hot all the time...
Also tested Passenger door switch, switch is good! :p
Window Motor is not... :frown:

I will post conclusion after repaired.
