Slight squeeking noise from left front end 2000 windstar

Hi
I have a 2000 windstarwith 60,000 miles on it. In the last 2 weeks I have noticed a squueking noise whwn I turh left or right cfrom the front left side . It is more pronounced when I'm in idle or moving slowly. My garage mechanic greased the bushings , and thinks it could be the stabilzers. I've got a 2000 miles vacation trip planned for next Saturday

What do you all think , any advice?
