abs diagnostic plug??

Does the '97 windstar have an ABS diagnostic link or does it just use the obo II diagnostic link?

The '99 uses the one connnector for all codes.

So where is the plug for ABS hidding?? I didn't see it any where

Usually very close to the steering column ... but, underneath, kinda outa sight.
