Flashing CEL P1538 AND P1513

Hello,
I posted earlier and thought I had the problem fixed, but it came back. I first got a CEL a couple months ago, ran the codes @ Advance Auto and got, I think I got the usual PO171 and PO174 and, I think,PO304. I poked around and found a vacuum real bad vacuum leak in the PCV line, the plastic elbow was cracked. I also changed the front plugs and put the rear ones off for later. After a few cycles, the light went out. Then it came back on and would flash and run real rough and get really poor mileage about 15mpg when it usually gets about 20mpg. So, I change the rear plugs and drive from Kansas City to Omaha and it runs great, gets 20mpg again and the light goes out. Then, on the way back, it starts sucking gas and about half way home, I get the flashing CEL. I run the codes at Advance again and get the following: P1537(bank 1 runner stuck open), P1538(bank 2 runner stuck open) PO304 (Cyl4 misfire) AND, P1513(bank2 intake runner stuck closed) How can bank 2 be both stuck open and closed? Or is 1538 happening first and then 1513? Also, I fiddled with the IMRC and the CEL went out after a few cycles and then, I got the flashing CEL and now its back on and flashes and runs crappy on and off. Is it a vacuum problem or an electrical problem? I read all the IMRC posts and I think I need to clean the EGR ports.
