Pending Codes P351,2,3,4,5,6....

Car stumbled a few times this morning on the way to work.
A/C stopped blowing cold air. Shut A/C off, let it sit, turned it back on and was freezing cold.
However, the climate control system and radio lights blinked a few times, and car stumbled again.
Went to Advance Auto and they found (6) pending codes P351-356, all coil related on secondary circuit?
Any clues?
Car is an '04 LS Duratec with 46,500 miles.
